Meet Frank
Chief Operating Officer
Frank is a hands-on CEO responsible for the commercial direction of Costa Homes. Holding a bachelor’s in commerce combined with extensive business experience, in his own company and others, Frank effortlessly integrates managing a company of this size with a light hearted and positive approach to clients. Always available and there to help, Frank is actively involved in all of Costa’s builds.

Managing Director
Learning the hard way through an apprenticeship with his father, Frank Costa, Dean has spent the past 20-years refining his skills and knowledge whilst building luxury homes. A solutions-based builder who believes nothing is ever too hard and no question too silly to answer. Dean makes the complex nature of building easy to understand whilst delivering incredible outcomes.

Estimating Manager
Building is in Tony’s DNA. Also having to prove his worth through an apprenticeship with his father, Frank Costa, Tony’s true talent is optimising efficiency, negotiating the best possible pricing of materials and labour, and effectively bridging the gap between budget and build.

Design Consultant
An invaluable member of the Costa Homes team, Joel’s attention to detail is second to none. Not only involved in the initial Sales process, Joel is also a qualified Building Designer with the knowledge required to ensure every element of your future home is taken into consideration.

Administration Manager
Every business needs a Kori; someone to ensure the office and administration run seamlessly. From contracts to accounts, Kori is a dream to deal with. Always friendly, always prompt, always keeping the boys in check. Costa wouldn’t be the same without Kori.

Sales
Mel makes building that much easier. She’ll guide you through the process of which plans to choose, what block to buy or simply a custom solution to your situation. Mel is often in our Display Home and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things building.

Customer Service/ Colour Consultant
Coming from a background of 20 years’ experience in the Cabinet making industry, Renee is always on Trend with new products, design, and colours. She will be with you every step of the way to ensure your colour selection process runs smoothly and will also make sure that all of your questions are answered and that you are kept informed during the construction process.
